Elizabeth Hauler

Elizabeth Hauler’s first hand-experience leading and being a member of faced-paced, expert teams inspired her to become a certified leadership coach, consultant and facilitator.  She has 20 years of experience achieving measurable results in government, commercial and non-profit sectors.  She combines approaches from the fields of leadership, organizational development, psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness and martial arts.  Her goal is to help leaders and teams be highly effective and impactful in their work and work relationships.

Through her integrated coaching, consulting and facilitation work, she empowers leaders and teams to strengthen their effectiveness and resilience.  In one-on-one coaching, leaders increase their knowledge, awareness and skills in leadership, development and team cohesion.  Team coaching combines individual leader coaching with coaching the team while they are doing their real work.  Teams quickly gain shared insights into how they are working together, enabling them to address communication and trust barriers and increase accountability and bottom-line performance.  As a client-centered consultant, Elizabeth shares expert advice and guidance to help clients define values, vision, strategy, objectives and understand their impact.  As a facilitator she leads structured programs to achieve specific desired results, using tools, methods and interactive practices to create an open, supportive and fun learning environment.

Prior to establishing her integrated practice, Elizabeth led research consultant and sales teams in the legal information services organization, LexisNexis.  As Regional Sales Manager, she was responsible for multi-site, matrixed teams.  She worked with Client Managers to develop customer success strategies, implementation plans and negotiate enterprise services.  Elizabeth coached a range of established and new Research Consultants seeking to improve their skills and impact, as well as those advancing into new roles.

Elizabeth’s own career path began as an attorney who specialized in research and writing as judicial intern for the 12th and 31st Judicial Districts of Virginia.  Her legal research skills led to LexisNexis where she held several research specialist, consulting, sales and leadership roles over 15 years.   Subsequently she served as an external consultant for LexisNexis leading go-to-market and business process improvement projects.

Elizabeth holds a J.D. from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit School of Law and a B.A. in government from the College of William and Mary.
