The foundation of Faith’s coaching and facilitation approach is grounded in the principles and practices of emotional intelligence, the neuroscience of change and transformation as well as adult learning and development (specifically agility, complexity and transition). During the coaching process, Faith engages clients in powerful inquiry to stimulate deep reflection, uncover blind spots and do their best thinking. This discovery process draws out client wisdom and life experiences resulting in greater well-being, learning and growth. As a result, her clients are better equipped to embrace change and uncertainty, clarify their priorities and reach new levels of insight. As Faith likes to say, “clear the clutter to learn, un-learn and relearn.”

Her style of coaching is direct and results-oriented while also creating a space for self-reflection and movement. She coaches leaders at all levels, teams and groups.  Faith’s clients value the relevant resources and feedback she brings to each session and report leaving with fresh perspectives and motivation to achieve success and fulfillment.  Over the past three years, Faith and her clients have honed in to cultivate resilience to lead and respond with calm, clarity and conviction in complex environments and increasing demands.
