Jody Hudson
Jody Hudson is an accomplished organization effectiveness consultant, leadership coach, and change management professional with over 30 years of experience spanning the federal government, non-profit healthcare, and the private sector. A former federal executive, he brings deep expertise in human capital, organizational development, learning & development, and employee engagement.
Jody partners with clients to improve organizational performance by developing people and culture. Drawing on his experience as a former C-suite executive, he collaborates with leaders and executive teams to design and implement solutions that drive business strategy and achieve tangible results. He has a proven track record of creating impactful, context-relevant leadership development programs for large, complex organizations. His past accomplishments include designing and delivering Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Programs (SES-CDPs) and workshops for The White House Leadership Development Program.
As a leadership coach, Jody works with leaders at all levels, from emerging leaders to seasoned executives. He uses a coactive coaching style, working in partnership with the client to gain clarity and insight, enabling them to move forward toward their goals and achieve positive outcomes. Jody is certified to use various leadership and personality assessments which he often integrates into his coaching and consulting.
Jody’s international experience includes supporting the United Nations’ International Atomic Energy Agency, where he assisted nations with human resources development, knowledge management, leadership development, and safety culture.
He is a graduate of the American University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Certification Program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Jody earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Chemistry from Missouri State University.
