Kathi Crow is a creative, highly innovative professional coach who brings a positive spirit and more than 30 years of experience to serve as a leadership coach and trusted advisor to senior executives and entrepreneurs. In her work, she provides one-on-one coaching, team coaching, workshop facilitation, and delivers impactful webinars on leadership development topics.
As a coach, Kathi partners with executives and entrepreneurs to cultivate the skill set and mindset necessary to successfully lead teams and deliver strategic impact, while becoming valuable, positive and fulfilled leaders. Kathi leverages her extensive business experience to understand the demands her executive clients face in today’s business environment, and assists them in finding ways to work through challenges while balancing the stress in their lives. The journey is as significant as the destination.
Additionally, Kathi is a Facilitator, Presenter and Coach with Renaissance Executive Forums in the Washington D.C. Metro area, supporting executives through providing an opportunity to share challenges and best practices while leveraging the collective experience and expertise of the group for the purpose of self-development, growing the business and getting results.
Prior to her work as a Principal at Golden Leadership Coaching and as a Consultant for Collaborative Thinking, Kathi was a Managing Director with The McLean Group, an investment bank to middle market firms, where she advised business owners on the sale of their companies. As an experienced M&A professional, Kathi has provided transaction advice, exit planning, consulting and executive coaching to business owners and their teams.
Prior to her investment banking career, Kathi worked in the telecommunications industry in various consulting, engineering and sales management positions.
Kathi is passionate about serving the world’s most vulnerable populations; she is a board member for Five Talents, a provider of micro enterprise solutions implemented in the poorest countries in the world. She is also a supporter of the DC Dream Center and Young Life.
Kathi is a graduate of the Georgetown University Executive Coaching and Leadership Transformation Certification Program and a member of the International Coach Federation where she is has earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Additionally, she received her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
