Kelli Kolling

Kelli Kolling is a leadership coach and management consultant with over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors.  She spent much of her career as a trusted advisor to senior executives and in developing, coaching and mentoring high potential staff and teams.  As a coach she is committed to helping leaders and organizations achieve clarity and desired change.

Kelli has a grounded and empathetic presence and ability to listen and support her clients as they courageously navigate uncertainty and difficult situations. She helps clients expand their leadership capacity by increasing their self-awareness and understanding of the behaviors, thoughts and emotions that serve them as well as hold them back. She co-creates homework with her clients that allows them to experiment with new behaviors and actions, and holds the space for them to reflect on their experiences. Kelli believes there is a leader in everyone, and works with her clients to uncover their authentic leadership style and connect their values and passions to their purpose and intention.

Kelli’s extensive business experience coupled with her work in human development allows her the ability to understand complex organizational and leadership challenges and support her clients in building resiliency and achieving lasting and transformational change.  She has supported the growth and development of leaders in corporations, non-profits, educational institutions and the government, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Con Edison, FINRA, Working Mother Media, The George Washington University, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Rare Conservation. 

Kelli is a graduate of and current Adjunct Faculty Member of the Georgetown University Executive Coaching Certification Program, a member of the International Coach Federation, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Kelli received an undergraduate degree in International Studies with a minor in French from Virginia Tech.  She has a Masters of Business Administration in Strategy and Policy from Tulane University.
