LINDA JANTZEN

Linda Jantzen (PhD, Colonel, US Army-retired) has over 30 years of leadership experience as an Army officer and over 8 years as an educator and mentor to senior military and government leaders.  Linda serves as an organizational consultant, trainer and facilitator.  She is skilled in leadership, communication, executive coaching, cybersecurity and IT service management congressional affairs, and national security strategy design and implementation. 

During her Army career, Linda led units at all levels up to Brigade-size command that installed, operated, maintained, and defended Army networks and services around the world including Korea, Somalia, Bosnia, Germany, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. This required a blend of technical expertise and the ability to lead and inspire soldiers in the most difficult of environments. 

As an educator and facilitator, Linda’s experience leading complex IT organizations combined with her network of expert practitioners and ability to conduct research enables her to bring the best and most up to date information and learning techniques to the classroom.  She has facilitated multiple panel discussions and group exercises focused on contemporary national security issues.

As an organizational consultant, Linda empowers senior military and government leaders to harness data as a strategic asset. Drawing on decades of experience in national security, IT strategy and leadership, and education, she guides organizations in elevating their data and artificial intelligence maturity to meet mission-critical goals.

With a rich and diverse background in military and academic leadership, Linda is passionate about creating impactful experiences to enhance learning, preparing clients for strategic leadership in technology-heavy organizations, and empowering individuals and teams to succeed. 

Linda holds master degrees from Michigan State University, National War College, and Virginia Tech.  She earned a PhD in Science and Technology Studies from Virginia Tech.  She is a certified Executive Assessment Development Program (EADP) coach.
