Matthew Hauler’s experience leading and being a member of high performing teams inspired him to become an integral coach and consultant. Matthew has 25 years of experience driving effective results in government, commercial, NGO’s, and non-profit organizations. Matthew focuses on helping leaders increase their personal and organization effectiveness.

Matthew’s passion is to partner with new managers to develop their leadership style as they transition into leadership roles. With those clients, his work focuses on creating team effectiveness, culture, and outcomes.

Matthew’s clients span across the globe with engagements in North America, Europe, Africa, and the Asia Pacific.

Prior to becoming an integral coach and independent consultant, Matthew spent 25 years in leadership and individual contributor roles within human resources, sales, and product management. Matthew’s most recent role focused on leading the talent management and development of a 1,000 employee global organization. Prior to this role, he held multiple leadership roles in sales organizations in the tech industry. Matthew is also a serial entrepreneur having started multiple companies across various industries.

Matthew is a graduate of the New Ventures West Integral Coaching Certificate Program. His formal education includes a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus and a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University.
