Nancy Letsinger has 28 years of experience as a business leader, leadership coach, organizational consultant, and facilitator.
As a leadership coach, Nancy partners with clients in different industries and different stages of their professional journeys to help them achieve their goals. She helps her clients focus on what is most important to them, appreciating that context and timing matter. She provides non-judgmental support in coaching the whole person — mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Her clients appreciate her partnership in action-planning, which helps them prepare for and more confidently take steps towards their goals. She is also highly experienced and attuned to helping leaders at key points of transition – both professional and personal.
As a business leader, Nancy led the MITRE Corporation’s Human & Organizational Systems Department, an organization of more than 60 practitioners who delivered organizational change management services to Federal and other clients. She has a proven track record of building and leading a high-performing organization, dramatically increasing employee engagement results, and developing other leaders.
As an organizational consultant, Nancy has worked with countless leaders to help them transform their organizations. She has led organizations through independent assessments, strategic planning, large-scale technology implementations, and operational process improvements. She is highly experienced with strategies to help leaders engage employees to achieve organizational goals. Prior to joining MITRE, Nancy was a managing consultant in the Strategic Change Practice in IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.
As a facilitator, Nancy has designed and led numerous interactive workshops to help participants build learning, insights, and team connections to strengthen performance. She has led classes on organizational change and inclusive leadership.
Nancy earned her M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in history from the University of Pennsylvania. A graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program, Nancy is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
