RANDY NAEFE
Randy Naefe is a certified professional coach and trainer with 30+ years of management experience in the banking, mortgage and insurance and financial services industries. He has extensive experience in corporate workforce management and call center operations, and enjoyed success with team turn-arounds. He has designed and facilitated individual and group training classes on technical and employee relations topics and coached direct reports, managers and teams in a variety of organizations including State Farm Insurance Companies, the United States Department of Agriculture, FDIC, General Services Administration, United States Forest Service and Arlington County Government. Randy has partnered with individuals and their managers to create employee development plans and provide coaching to achieve goals and performance results. In addition, he has consulted to senior management in areas of training strategies, methodologies and competency assessment.
As a coach, Randy brings a front-line management perspective, creative thinking and a pragmatic approach which helps leaders increase self-awareness, take new actions and achieve success. Grounded in the theory of adult development and somatics. Randy works with the mind and body to cultivate change and transition. He helps leaders see how they see and engage in practices to cultivate a centered presence and resilience. He is valued by his clients for his candor and steadfast commitment to their development as well as his dry wit and sense of humor. He has helped first-line, middle and senior level leaders tackle a variety of issues such as: workforce change, transitioning into a new role, expanding and improving leadership skills, dealing with conflict, effective decision making and performance management coaching.
Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and is a graduate of Coaches Training Institute, an ICF accredited school where he earned the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation.
