Teresa Fritsch is an executive coach, facilitator and senior consultant dedicated to elevating business performance and strengthening organizations, cultures and communities through leadership development. She is passionate about helping leaders expand and realize their strength and potential in order to create a positive environment where people can thrive.
As a coach, Teresa partners with leaders and teams to achieve what is most important to them while supporting their expansion in leadership effectiveness and growth. Her clients confide in her as she supports their ability to recognize their strengths, navigate and overcome obstacles, and become increasingly resourceful.
Teresa has several years of experience as a facilitator of leadership programs focused on high potential leader development, leadership effectiveness, leadership transitions, women’s leadership, leadership networks, and conscious leadership. She enjoys creating an open environment where leaders collaborate, experience learning in innovative ways, garner powerful insights and explore ways to apply those insights for business impact. She facilitates leadership programs, executive retreats, and facilitation training for leaders.
As a senior consultant, Teresa partners with organizations to understand their priorities around leadership development, executive development and talent management. She helps to explore and create programming, leadership development strategy and processes that are strategically aligned, support change, and strengthen organizational culture.
Prior to serving as a coach, Teresa led the Leadership and Executive Development function for the Booz Allen Hamilton focusing on connecting leaders to their purpose, values and strengths to create an inspiring culture and achieve business results. She contributed to the development of mid-level managers through C-suite and board members. Prior to her leadership role, she helped to build a pipeline of leaders through the design and launch of the firm’s flagship leadership programs. The programs have been recognized in Forbes, Yahoo Finance, CLO Magazine, and received the firm’s prestigious Booz Allen Excellence Award. Teresa also served as Director of Learning & Development for Marriott International where she led professional and executive development and helped create the organization’s Finance Institute.
She was an advisor for the Office of Executive Programs, Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland and a council member for Conference Board’s Leadership Development Council.
