Andy Gingrich, Leadership Coach, helps leaders find their brilliance and magnify it. He brings a calm and open presence alongside more than 15 years of experience in leadership coaching, facilitation, and organizational development.
Establishing trust with a leader is very important to Andy. He is comfortable working with a variety of leadership styles, inviting and sharing directly with leaders. Andy listens for deep meaning, trusts in the client’s own wisdom and inherent knowledge of their work, helps them discover new insights and walks alongside them as they turn their new awareness into results and impact.
As a coach, Andy encourages clients to leverage curiosity to expand their awareness of self, colleagues and the organization. He believes that increasing curiosity and awareness are cornerstones of healthy, thriving leadership. Andy finds that leaders who attend to their holistic development—mental, emotional, physical and spiritual—expand their personal awareness and enhance their capacity to transfer the energy of conflict into growth.
As a facilitator, Andy has worked extensively with groups and teams. He excels at helping leaders strengthen relationships, increase the quality of feedback and deepen connections between colleagues. Andy works with teams to identify the symptoms of collaborative breakdown and find healthy, sustainable solutions to achieving higher performance.
In addition, Andy has experience with leaders of diverse backgrounds in the US and abroad. His adaptable coaching presence equips him to work alongside complex cultural dynamics and multi-national stakeholder organizations.
Andy’s leadership is grounded in a lifetime of experience as an Eagle Scout, Boys Nation delegate, undergraduate and graduate degrees in intercultural study and communication, and as a certified leadership coach with the International Coaching Federation.
