Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is a 30 question, self assessment instrument providing insight into preferred conflict modes. The TKI identifies five primary conflict modes (avoiding, accommodating, collaborating, compromising, and competing) and identifies the benefits and challenges of each mode. Awareness of the five modes creates choice, empowering clients to choose the most useful mode at any given time.

Strong Interest Inventory

The Strong Interest Inventory helps individuals assess their interests and focus on the most satisfying career, educational and leisure choices. The Strong Interest Inventory results include access to a dynamic online data base of job information useful for career exploration.

DiSC

The DiSC Profile is a personality assessment originally developed by William Moulton Marston to inventory distinct, predictable, and observable patterns of behavior within four primary behavior styles – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness. DiSC provides deep and targeted insights into each style type and offers strategies that enable individuals and organizations to communicate more effectively, reduce conflict, strengthen interpersonal relationships and improve organizational performance.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-validating assessment that allows you to discover new insights into your personality preferences. Just as we are born with a clear preference for left or right handedness, we are also born with personality preferences such as introversion, extroversion, and intuition. Becoming aware of your personality preference (‘type’) enables you to more deeply appreciate your personality and expand into areas of non-preference.

Bar-On Emotional Quotient-Inventory (EQ-i)

Bar-On Emotional Quotient-Inventory (EQ-i) BarOn EQ-i® a self-reporting tool that measures emotionally and socially intelligent behaviors. This instrument takes a deeper dive into intrapersonal (self-regards, emotional awareness, assertiveness) and interpersonal (empathy, social responsibility, and interpersonal relationships), as well as stress managemnt (stress tolerance and impulse control), adapabity (flexibility and problem solving) and general mood scale of happiness and optimism. Coaches support clients in making meaning of their self assessement and identifying new strategies and behaviors to lead to the client’s desired results.
