Teams quickly gain shared insights into how they are working together, enabling them to address communication and trust barriers and increase accountability and bottom-line performance. As a client-centered consultant, Elizabeth shares expert advice and guidance to help clients define values, vision, strategy, objectives and understand their impact. As a facilitator she leads structured programs to achieve specific desired results, using tools, methods and interactive practices to create an open, supportive and fun learning environment.
Prior to establishing her integrated practice, Elizabeth led research consultant and sales teams in the legal information services organization, LexisNexis. As Regional Sales Manager, she was responsible for multi-site, matrixed teams.
