Faith Schneider is a leadership, team, and organizational development coach with more than 25 years experience helping public and private sector clients nagivate personal and organizational transformation.

As a leadership coach, Faith understands the increasingly complex demands placed on leaders’ time, energy, and resources.  She creates value by using custom services to appreciate and enhance their strengths. Faith uses practical tools, assessments, and models to help clients create realistic action plans that achieve sustaining results.  Clients include executive, mid-level and hi-potential leaders. 

As a team development coach, Faith works with organizations and their leaders to ensure they understand how to move forward, see what’s possible and reach meaningful goals.  Her collaborative approach puts groups quickly at ease and promotes the open dialogue necessary to produce breakthroughs.  Faith coaches teams to build strong foundations and move to high performance by helping them clarify their roles, processes, expectations and operating principles.

As a facilitator and trainer Faith designs solutions to challenges faced by today’s leaders, incorporating result-driven learning programs such as Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, flexibility and resilience, mindfulness, effective dialogue, conflict competence, feedback, and organizational change.

Faith’s background and depth of experience allow her to bring a unique perspective and wide range of skills to public, private, and not-for-profit clients.  Prior to starting her own business, Faith worked 9 years at a large Science and Technology company and served 24 years in the U.S Navy.  She also worked on Capitol Hill for the House Banking Committee and at the Pentagon for the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Currently, Faith provides coaching, facilitation and consulting to government and private sector clients. She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certification Program, a graduate of the Georgetown Organizational Development Program, and a Professional Certified Leadership Coach (PCC). She holds an MPP in Public Policy and International Security from the University of Maryland and a BA in International Relations. Other certifications and memberships include:
