Collaborative Communication is the foundation for innovation and employee engagement. Creating the context for collaboration and skillful dialogue are essential in today’s workplace. In this session, you will learn how intention, state of mind, and skillful dialogue can lead to great collaboration. Participants will practice curious listening, advocacy and inquiry, and “Yes, and” in conversation, and leave with a commitment to put the learning into practice.

Participants will draw on their own experiences, so examples are relevant, and leave with a commitment to put the learning into practice.
