Leading Transition


Whether navigating personal change, managing a new team, or leading an entire workforce, successful change and transition is both a skill and an art.  While processes and products may evolve and ‘change’, people actually experience ‘transition.’  Leaders who understand and practice sound principles of ‘change and transition management’ are better able to successfully help staff and stakeholders embrace change, transition emotionally, and engage in creative design of new processes and strategies to move organizations forward.

This interactive workshop arms leaders with the tools and strategies that they need to effectively navigate through various change and transition scenarios. Through active engagement, reflection, personal goal-setting and action planning, leaders will walk away with practical transition and change management strategies that they can confidently use within any level of the organization.

Engaging Stakeholders


Managing stakeholder relationships is an essential skill in today’s work environment. In this workshop, participants will explore the value of effective stakeholder relationship management (SRM) and apply the SRM process to situations in their own work context. They will identify and prioritize key stakeholders, analyze stakeholder needs and expectations, assess stakeholder support and develop a communication plan to influence stakeholder relationships. Participants will assess their own leadership style using Daniel Goleman’s six leadership styles, and determine how to adapt to influence stakeholder relationships more effectively. This practical course will lead participants step by step through the SRM process.
