Shifting Your State of Mind
Overview
State of Mind is our moment-to-moment experience of life as generated by our thinking and feeling. Increased stress as a result of the global pandemic can directly affect State of Mind. During this 25-minute virtual micro-session, participants will review State of Mind distinctions and discuss how our thoughts, moods and emotions can impact work. Participants will identify one shift to implement immediately.
