As an executive coach, Scott assists leaders to effectively navigate the increased demands of managing and creating a high-performing team in a hybrid environment. He helps clients improve communication skills, facilitate challenging conversations and develop a mentoring and coaching mindset. The coaching space allows clients to consider challenges from another perspective, leverage strengths and celebrate successes. This creative thought partnership often results in quicker decision-making, enhanced team dynamics, improved resource management and performance. 

He works extensively with leaders in the U.S Government (FHWA, OIG, OST, ICE, FAA) and private sector in the United States and globally. Scott’s coaching approach is customized to each senior leader’s needs, incorporating a holistic view to connect with their values and most authentic self. This allows each leader to leverage strengths and amplify positive impact.

As a facilitator, team and group coach, Scott draws on over 20 years of corporate training and academic facilitation experience. His down-to-earth, engaging style creates a comfortable environment for learning. Scott consistently receives praise from participants that the learning was valuable, memorable and enjoyable. He is a faculty member of several coach training organizations, serving as a trainer and mentor coach. He inspires all he works with to improve confidence and impact as they become better versions of themselves.

Prior to his coaching career, Scott worked with United Airlines for 24 years in various operational and management roles. His last position was as an Expatriate General Manager in Kuwait and Bahrain. In that role he led multicultural teams through reorganization, expansion, vendor transitions and a corporate merger. Scott understands how to educate and inspire leaders to create sustainable results through periods of change. He and his team were recognized by local and diplomatic organizations and the company for their contribution, collaboration and revenue generation.

Scott holds a B.S. degree from Thomas Edison State University in Psychology. He graduated from International Coaching Academy as a Certified Professional Coach and is credentialed with both the International Coaching Federation as a Master Certified Coach and Center for Education and Experience as a Board Certified Coach. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian and Arabic.
